The Cooper, Robertson & Partners team has researched and analyzed the diverse and unique geography of the Brackenridge Tract. Of particular interest are: environmental assets of the site such as Schull Branch Creek, heritage trees, and access to Lady Bird Lake and Lake Austin; the West Austin neighborhood character; and the size and capacity of the tract in relationship to Central Austin.
